To Messieur's Fleets, Printers.  As some of the people of my
species have of late been very busy in barking at and
biting, and others in fawning and shaking their tails at a
certain creature called Dartmouth; and as I fancy they are
not very cleverly employed, I take the liberty to give them,
especially two of the most noted, the following friendly
advice; which if you will insert in your next, you will
oblige your humble servant.
  My brother curs is Dartmouth a dirty bent,
  'Twould be your wit to let it quite alone;
  If growl you will, and snap and snarl and bite,
  Your bloody jaws may answer for your spite;
